Tuition at Azalea City Montessori is made in monthly, by trimester, or weekly. Payments are made from August through May.

Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is set at $6,500 or 11 payments of $591.

Scholarships are available for students who may need financial assistance. Applications can be found in enrollment paperwork. Enrollment must be filled out before a financial assistance decision can be made.

Base tuition covers the full time school day from 7:30 am until 3:15 pm.

After care is available at an additional charge for the hours between 3:15 pm and 5:30 pm.

ACM recognizes that not all children are ready for a full day program and as such offers a variety of part time options for our littlest learners. The following are part time options at ACM:

All part time options are for students in preschool 3 and 4 only.

1. 5 day half day: 7:45 am - 1:00 pm

Tuition: $550 per month for 11 months

2. 3 day full day: 7:45 am- 3:15 pm

Tuition: $485 per month for 11 months

3. 3 day half day: 7:45 pm- 1:00 pm

Tuition: $400 per month for 11 months

One Student:

Full Time (7:30 am-3:15 pm): $590 per month for 11 months

Two Student Household: A base tuition of no more than $12,500 per year

$1,136 per month on 11 month payment plan (July-May)

Three Student Household: A base tuition of no more than $17,000 per year

$1,546 per month on 11 month payment plan (July-May)

ACM offers two types of after care program options.

One is for after care only when school is in session and one is for extended after care hours.

School in session after care covers from 3:15 pm to 5:30 pm during regularly scheduled school days. Does Not include any half days, early dismissals, or school closures of any kind.

Extended after care INCLUDES care from 3:15 to 5:30 pm on regularly scheduled school days and any half days for teacher trainings or closures before break (except Winter Program Day), Fall break, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Some of winter break, MLK Day, most of the end of May after school is officially out of session (except days staff is doing official CPR/First Aid or child abuse and neglect trainings), and any weather related closures if it is safe for travel (weather related at the discretion of the Director).

In the event of school weather closures extended after care will run from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm as long as it is safe to do so. This is at the direction of the director.

DOES NOT INCLUDE the winter program half day, the week of Christmas, New Year's Day and the Days after for staff training, Mardi Gras, Graduation ceremony half day, and Spring Break:

After Care provides a fun environment for a mixed age range of children.

After care mainly focuses on outdoor experiences and exploration. Inside age appropriate activities are also offered during times of inclement weather.

ACM may on special occasions and with parental consent allow children access to an age appropriate movie or show. ACM does not have tablets, computers, laptops, or other electronics for student use. ACM does not allow children to bring these items from home to aftercare.

On the days school is closed but after care is open students must bring a lunch from home, as school lunch will not be available.

After Care Tuition

After care rates for the 2024-2025 school year are set at the following rates:

After School Care During School Session Only:

One student household: $200/per month

Two student household: $350/per month

Three student household: $450/per month

Extended After Care Program:

One student household: $300/per month

Two student household: $430/per month

Three student household: $515/per month

Azalea City Montessori may have other fees and costs associated with attending the school year. The following are additional costs on top of tuition:

Registration Fees:

One Student: $175 per family

Supply Fee Cost

Supply fees are based on the previous years expenses for classroom shared items, cleaning supplies, and project materials.

One Student: $300

Two Students: $500

Three Students: $750

Field Trips and Classroom Trips:

These are subject to each child’s individual classroom and the curriculum planning for the year. However field trip expenses are generally as followed:

10 field trips (1 per month): Between $50-$100 per year

8 field trips: Between $30-$80 per year

Less than 8 field trips: Between $5 and $80 per year.

All students will have the opportunity to attend field trips scheduled and will not be excluded based on financial hardship.

If a family needs financial assistance the school will provide the field trip free of charge.
